Wide Angle Photography
You will receive your photos by 8am the following day after your photoshoot.
Absolutely. Just let our photographer know at your photo shoot. If you won’t be present just let us know of any special requests in the additional instructions field on the order form.
HDBoost® is our proprietary AI image processing that enhances your images so they stand out from the competition. They’re proven to capture more attention than the competition and include photo upgrades such as blue skies, clean, blue pool water, beautiful green grass, and stunning twilight skies.
Nope! Because your photos come with our proprietary HDBoost® image processing, our algorithm will automatically edit your listing photos with our Blue Sky, Blue Pool, Green Grass, and Stunning Twilight guarantees.
Watermarked photos are a duplicate set of your listing photos that include your photo, phone number, and company logo at the bottom of each image. These are great for sharing or posting on social media as it makes sure that buyers know who to call for information or to schedule a showing.
Just like our Blue Sky, Green Grass, Blue Pool, and Stunning Twilight Guarantees, the branded photos come free with your listing photos.
Walkthrough Videos
The Express Video Tour is about 60 seconds in length and is shot in landscape mode on a DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Our Premium Video Walkthrough is 2 - 3 minutes in length and is shot in landscape mode with a DSLR camera mounted on a gimbal for smooth footage.
You will receive a Dropbox link to download the video to your computer as well as a URL link where your video is hosted. The video will be HD 1080p resolution, smooth 60 FPS, and in MP4 format.
Yes. For the Express Video Tour we will capture front and back exterior shots. The Premium Video Walkthrough will have exterior shots as well, but will also include aerial drone footage.
You will receive a branded and unbranded version of the Express and Premium Walkthrough Video. The branded video tours will include the property address, your name and your phone number. Our logo will also be shown at the end of the video to give our company credit.
Yes! On the order form you can select from various options that match your style and branding, including Upbeat, Cinematic, Electronic, and Hip Hop. You can also select for us to choose for you.
You will receive the Express Video Tour the next business day by 5pm. The Premium Walkthrough Video Tour will be delivered within 48 hours, excluding Sundays.
No edits are allowed.
Yes, we can set up your branding template any way you would like and use it going forward on all of your video tours. Simply email us with your special requests.
Social Media
The videos are in portrait mode and shot on the latest iPhone using a gimbal for smooth footage.
You will receive 5 custom, unique videos ready to post on your social media accounts.
The videos are short teaser videos about 15 to 30 seconds long intended to garner interest and shares online.
Yes! On the order form you can select from various options that match your style and branding, including Upbeat, Cinematic, Electronic, and Hip Hop. You can also select for us to choose for you.
There is no need to band the videos as you will be posting them from your own social media account.
We will include the address on the social media videos. If the price, beds, bath, and square footage are provided on the order form, then we will include those as well.
After downloading your social media videos you can post them on any of your social media accounts including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and YouTube.
3D Matterport
The benefits are significant and include giving your listing more visibility and accessibility, generating more buyer leads, and differentiating yourself from the competition so that you stand out in a crowded market.
3D Matterport tours are hosted online and are not able to be downloaded. You will receive a shareable URL link (branded and unbranded) as well as an embed code so that you can embed it on your website.
You will receive a branded version as well as an unbranded version for the MLS.
Because we are charged monthly hosting fees by Matterport, we host your 3D Matterport tour for up to 6 months or until the listing is sold, whichever comes first. If you would like us to host your 3D Matterport tour after your listing is no longer live on the MLS, then you may contact us for special hosting pricing.
Yes! To get your 3D Matterport tour on Zillow simply copy and paste the URL link we send you into the virtual tours section on your Zillow listing. If you need help with this don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Matterport 3D and Zillow 3D Home tours are quite similar. They both offer an immersive tour of the property, MLS compliant links, and options to hide or show panoramas. However, they have distinct differences: only Matterport offers a Dollhouse view, guided tours, and can be hosted on websites. In contrast, listings with Zillow 3D Home tours receive priority placement on Zillow.com. Your Zillow 3D Home tour also offers unlimited hosting, and includes the ability to capture exterior spaces.
Zillow 3D Home Tour
Zillow 3D Home Tours are hosted online by Zillow and are not able to be downloaded. It will appear on Zillow and Trulia once published. You will receive a shareable URL link and embed code, which you can use to share your tour to your MLS, social media, or other sites.
Yes! Every Zillow 3D Home Tour includes an unbranded link that can be used in the MLS.
You can easily share your Zillow 3D Home tour on social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, using the provided link or embed code we send you.
Adding a Zillow 3D Home tour offers this immersive experience and makes your listing stand out and provides an authentic, realistic view of the property and delivers results. Homes on Zillow with a Zillow 3D Home Tour were saved 79% more often than homes without one and received, on average, 60% more views than those without.
Once published, your Zillow 3D Home tour will appear on Zillow and Trulia. You may also share your tour to your MLS, social media and other sites using a link or embed code.

Aerial Drone Photos
We will take as many photos as needed to capture the entire property, features, and views. This is typically between 10 and 15 photos.
We will typically need to reschedule your drone shoot if it is raining or too windy. Light rain may be ok. If it is a gloomy day, our HDBoost® image processing will replace the gloomy sky with a beautiful blue sky.
Our photographers will stay well below the aviation authorities recommended guidelines of 400 ft. We find this is more than is needed to fully capture the property from any angle while safely flying the drone.
Yes! We will send you a duplicate set of your drone photos with the image watermarking free of charge so you can generate more leads online.
We will try to schedule the ground photos and drone photos at the same time, however, sometimes our drone photographer won’t be the one doing the ground photos due to scheduling restrictions. Should we schedule the drone photographer at a separate time you or the homeowner will not need to be present at the property as they will not need to access the property.

Aerial Drone Videos
We will typically need to reschedule your drone shoot if it is raining or too windy.
Our photographers will stay well below the aviation authorities recommended guidelines of 400 ft. We find this is more than is needed to fully capture the property from any angle while safely flying the drone.
We will try to schedule the ground photos and drone video at the same time, however, sometimes our drone videographers won’t be the one doing the ground photos due to scheduling restrictions. Should we schedule the drone videographer at a separate time you or the homeowner will not need to be present at the property as they will not need to access the property.
The drone videos are typically around 1 minute. We find that is long enough to adequately showcase the property while maintaining the buyer's attention.
We will send you a branded and unbranded version of the drone video.
You will receive your drone video by 5pm the following day after your photoshoot so you can get listed right away.
Virtual Staging
We will return your virtually staged photos the next business day by 5pm.
It is preferred, but we can digitally remove most objects within reason.
If we photographed your listing, then once you receive your photos simply email us back and let us know which photos you want staged.
Yes! You can choose your preferred style on the order form, including Standard, Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial, Midcentury, Luxury, Coastal, and Farmhouse. You can also select for us to choose for you.
Yes, simply email us back with your requests and we will make the changes for you until you are happy.
Floor Plans
The time it will take will depend on the size of the home. For comparison sakes, a 2,000 SF home will take approximately 10 minutes to scan.
You will receive a PNG and PDF file.
2D floor plans will be delivered by 5pm the following day. 2D floor plans completed on a Saturday will be returned by 5pm on Monday. 3D floor plans have a 48-hour turnaround time. 3D floor plans completed on a Saturday will be returned by 5pm on Tuesday.
Floor plans will include all interior spaces, including the main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, unfinished spaces, basements, and garages.
Floor plans that are included with your package are schematic and do not show dimensions. A la carte 2D floor plans will include room dimensions, overall square footage, and fixed furniture, such as cabinetry, toilets, and sinks.
2D floor plans offer a clear, bird’s-eye view of the entire space, allowing buyers to grasp the relationships between rooms, their sizes, and how they connect. 3D floor plans take it a step further and include realistic materials and furniture in full color.
Marketing Kit
You will receive a single property website, social media reels, social media graphics, print-ready property flyers, and have access to website analytics. You are able to access your marketing kit from your client dashboard at any time and make edits and share them with one-click.
Yes. You may login to our portal and edit the photos, price, listing status, and more. There is no limit to how many times you can edit and download any of the materials in the Marketing Kit.
The Marketing Kit is included for free with any package! It is just $39 as an a la carte item.
You’re Marketing Kit will be accessible and editable until your listing sells or for a maximum of one year.
